Mood: Excited WMOMG!!
Listening to: Elend - Winds Devouring Men

Wow,
As you know – and most probably might be reading this for that – I got a Daily Deviation. Am I excited? WHORISH MOTHER OF MERCILESS GOD I AM!
I was, and still am, really surprised for that, and utterly thankful for all the support from the ones who commented, +faved, and +watched my work. *the tears begin and the miss-universe-waving-hand* I would like to thank… hahahhahaha! No really, I would like to thank ^De-Profundis for the big support at the dAmn Thumbshare chat, and of course for having Estudio Anatomia Humana VI as a Daily Deviation. I never imagined I would receive so many comments and support from all of you, so I thank you too. I tried to reply every comment, fav and watch but sadly, couldn’t do so completely. Believe me, its really difficult! I’ll try to respond every comment and watch, and if I haven’t replied yours: Thanks a lot for your comment/+fav/+watch! Its always appreciated.

On the other hand I would like you to take a look at my latest pictures and tell me what you think about them. I’m trying to keep the coherence of the human figure and exaggeration of it. Well here they are:

Lucas I

Lucas II

Lucas III

Other News: Later on, I’m going to have my gallery cleaned up from all the unwanted works. Which are this? Mainly the ones that don’t have the main focus I’m on, which is the human figure. I think that even though they may have interesting skills or subjects, the majority lack on concept and on what I’m really trying to express. So sorry for the ones who faved the pictures of my cat or things like that. I will keep my old drawings though, I think its nice to show the evolution of my works (if there’s any).

So that’s partly all, THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE SUPPORT ON THE DAILY DEVIATION AND ON THE GENERAL WORKS! I promise to keep on practising and ‘evolving’ as much as I can.

=D
Bye!

Mood: Happy tranquil...^^
Listening to: Tant Le Ciel Était Sombre - Benjamin Biolay
Reading: The Stranger - Albert Camus

Hello there young chaps,

Quite a time since I last updated (its amazing how every time I update my journal I actually say the same thing) and there are some great news I would like to share. Maybe not great, but whatever.

On the last Journal I talked about my art exhibit a Café Shops downtown. Well I just sold one picture, but that is pretty enough for me ^^. It lasted about three months, so I guess a lot of people saw them, and I hope at least some of them thought “hmm nice!” at the moment.

On the other hand, the famous debate I talked about on the last journal, the one from Universidad Diego Portales, well I (my group) actually won! We got the highest mark from 32 schools. Two weeks ago we had our second debate which was: Should Chilean jails be privatised? And my group again won against the thesis (not with the highest mark, it was quite unfair >.< ). But anyway our next debate is going to be: Can Chileans make science?. So hope to win too, even though either we win or loose we’re already selected for the quarterfinals.

Finally, I just updated a series I did at school of human anatomy. I’m working on the school’s IB, and in relations to art, I’m deeply working on how life expresses itself on the human figure. And as a starting work, I though that a human anatomy study is a basic start as it will help me with my future projects and concepts. It was fun to work in, and I think it ended up pretty well.

Hope you like it! ----> Estudio Anatomia Humana Serie

Oh, and right now I'm at mid-year holidays, for two weeks, so, there's plenty of time to rest ^^.

And that’s partly all. Thanks! =d
